Raw materials needed:
1. Kabuli Channa
2. 2 Tomatoes
3. 2 Onions
4. Small piece of Ginger
5. Little garlic paste
6. 1 Spoon of Sambhar podi
7. 3/4 Tsp Salt
8. 1/2 Tsp Sugar
9. Oil
10. Kadugu/ Mustard

Soak the channa the previous day of the preparation in water with a pimch of soda uppu. On the day use the pressure cooker to boil the channa nicely with the h2o ratio of 1:2 (2 h2o). While this is happening heat the oil up first & test it with Kadugu. Once its starts bursting pour in RM 2 to 8. After its fried nicely pour the boiled channa into the solution. After grinding the masala solution for sometime Channa Masala is available for consumption. Channa Masala is at the discretion of the pertinent human being (:P).
