In my persuit to reach the latter part of my blog's name, I had to get myself medically approved that I am mentally & physically okey. I dunno if they could find out if I was mentally okey though. I reached the only place in Bangalore which has been certified by the AHC in the afternoon. The bangalore sky opened up & it poured the hell out there forcing me to park my car in the neighbouring compound. Imagine you have a diagnostic centre, probably the best in the city, without a parking. I have never been inside an Income Tax office, infact what's the point, I never even have one income. It's evne more easier when you have securities like that. Ten bucks, that's all it took for him to allow me.

My appointment was at three o' clock. There were only two ahead of me. So my chance did come a bit faster than I anticipated. The receptionist asked me to enter the room number four. I hadn't seen it before but I saw it then, the name board at the entrance read Dr.Susan Chandy- 'Gynecologist'. I was shocked yet didn't have a choice since I had already opened the door. I went in to meet this sweet doctor who was of my mom's age. After the formal introduction, my tests began. My height & weight were checked (I m sorry, I m not disclosing it! LOL!). Went she came about into measuring my heart beats, she told me she heard three sounds. So I was made to do ten situps, so that my heart would beat normally. It was then certified that it was normal & I am not a chimpanzee from a zoo!.

At that point of time I slid in my question, "Doctor you are gynic, rite?". She said "Yeah I am, so what". I replied "No, I was just wondering what I am doing with a Gynic" & started giggling. Surprisingly even she joined me. The test was almost done by now except for the XRay & the Urinal tests. As I bid tata to the doctor & came back to the reception, I had an option to do any of the one test. Ran staright into the Lab for the Utest, since I didn't know how much time it will take after the Xray. Anyways I was fortunate to have it finished fast & my pocket weighted a thousand bucks lighter. Hard earned money, offcourse my pop's! I thought, as I came out.

It was one of the memorable experiences!
