Damal...Dumil...Dushoom...Dushoom!!! Brilliant sound effects, isn't it! Yeah, it was wonderful to hear such sounds, especially when you are cooking (cooking!?!), yeah but the volume was down certainly didn't sound like bursting of a cracker. LOL! Yeah ur Sambhar boy actually went ahead & made Bhajji's yesterday. My digicam ran out of battery so I couldn't have any snaps of how bajji (my bajji's! LOL!) looked like. Hey but I swear, it was a treat to eat those. My mom's words still sound in my ears "Good eaters are good cooks!" (;)...LOL!). It's not quite the time to post the recipe, but for sure I will. Luckily my mom wasn't standing next to me with a fire extinguisher!

In the near future expect more posts from me like this since this has developed my interest in cooking!
