Does everything at the end of the day boil down to Money?
In no order of importance, I feel these three are the eventual concern for individual soul living on this Planet Earth. But the differentiator between who owns what absolutely depends upon Marketing - which can come some other day.
My experiences of Food-Money has been intriguing in Sydney so far. Today I met a friend of mine from Chennai, who is here on a Vacation. He can afford the money to buy the most expensive Food in Sydney, but the Food is not available for him to consume. So what is the power of money at this situation - close to a zilch?. I remember the famous scene from Anbe Sivam (Tamil Movie) when Madhavan (Hero) tries to pay by his Credit Card at a small eat-in in Orissa, where people are unaware what plastic money is. So what happens in such circumstance, when the money that you "own" doesn't matter?
I can give you an adverse example of the same. What if all the money that you have cannot buy you something since you just don't have enough, since its too expensive? To give you an example, may be a house in Mosman (the richest suburb in NSW). The land/house owners are just too biased to sell the house to anyone, since they prefer people from certain demographic or Psychographics - where they believe they also fit in.
This may be a little philosophical, but I still don't know why people run behind making money. Even I run behind making money. Finance/Economics is a big dream for me. But I still don't know what money is actually worth. If you compare, a $10 to me in a lunch, but a $10 for a guy in India is a meal for two weeks(maybe?), since AUD$10 equals about Rs.350. See the difference?
But at the same, sometimes even I feel the importance of the same. Just that I feel, everyone needs to reach a situation in life where money is not the criteria for decision-making. They should fly beyond the slick situation of consideration, to something away - a bit more holistic.
So where am I getting at? Just the point that no matter how much you have, it doesn't matter - its still ain't enough!!!
