I don't think so. Adidas will have to go a long way before they can look at taking over as the Market Leader from Nike, globally. Though Nike is not the most popular brand in India comparing to Adidas & Reebok, this acquisition by Adidas won't affect the ever growing Indian market.

May be we can see Rahul & Sachin in the same advertisement endorsing sports goods very soon!
